quality is POOR, sizing is ridiculously bad, returns literally do not work (you order a pick up, the delivery company thats supposed to come pick it up has no clue about it, no matter how many times you request through monki website and then monki asks you to go send it via post and pay for shipping..)
the quality of their garments has recently MASSIVLY dropped (alas prices of course havent) and now is aliexpress level of trash. (the wellknown funny pictures of “expected vs received” are now a reality with monki purchases too)
if you want a piece of clothing you will use to clean your floors after 2 wears and washes, go ahead. otherwise avoid this trash and save your money.

I wish I could give no stars. Promised a refund on 6 May 2021. Didn’t happen. Sent the parcel back over 5 weeks ago. It’s not a huge amount of money but that is not the point. I would not recommend Monki and have no faith in them sorting this. My only option is to involve my card provider. What a farce.

I really can’t stress enough how bad an experience it was shopping with Monki. Waited forever on the delivery, got the wrong item (didn’t get any compensation), send the order back and have still not received my refund! Customer service is terrible, rude and the worst unprofessionalism I have EVER experienced. I will never shop at monki again and will advice everyone to do the same!!

The quality is great, but that is to be expected when H&M own Monki!
I love both.
I'm a 14 - 16 and ordered large for bottoms, good fit, ordered a medium for dress, also perfect fit, but ordered a medium for a top which was slightly snug and I'm not big on the top half, so sizing is a little inconsistent.

The quality is amazing, the style is fab on top of that fast delivery, great customer service, couldn't fault!

I order from Monki quite regularly, but this time I did a big order of nearly 200gbp but my package was lost/stolen (thanks to Hermes incompetence). So I called customer service and spoke to a lovely young man who was very apologetic. He gave me a full refund and discount on my next order. Fantastic customer service goes a long way. I will definitely continue to shop there.

Can’t fault customer service when I got in touch.
Original order was missing an item and a different one had been sent in place.
I returned a few items including the item that was incorrect but didn’t get refunded for the item that was missing - although I noted on the return slip.
I emailed customer service 9pm on a Saturday and got a call from a lovely lady on the Sunday morning rectifying issue.
Would order from the company again, did not have huge hassle overall.

One of my favourite brands at the moment. Youthful, slick and high quality products. Shipping and returns are also very simple, definitely got me a as a loyal customer!

I've ordered 5 times from monki, and each time something I've ordered doesn't come because it turns out it was out of stock. Absolutely HATE that they oversell their products.

Very happy with my order, however it did arrive slightly late hence 4 stars
